    Each week of The Eat Real Food Program, you will build upon the previous week. This will give you more delicious recipes, invaluable food knowledge, and Tips for continuing a "Whole Foods" life once you have completed the detox program.

    How long does it last?

    I recommend my clients follow this program for 4 weeks at a time. After that, a more balanced and less restrictive long-term approach should be taken.
