Performance Training Specialist Program is made up of 6 Phases.
Phase 1: Stabilization Endurance Training
Phase 2: Strength Endurance Training
Phase 3: Hypertrophy Training
Phase 4: Maximal Strength Training
Phase 5: Power Training
Phase 6: Maximal Power Training
Sports Performance Specialist Training is to prevent injury, decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and increase athletic performance for the athletes. That will also include flexibility, core function, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, strength, and sport-specific cardiorespiratory efficiency.
When designing an integrated sports performance program I will perform a comprehensive sports performance assessment. After this is done we start by designing programs from slow to fast, known to unknown, stable to controlled-dynamic
