Corrective Exercise Specialist is designed to prevent injury, decrease foot & ankle injury, lower back pain, knee pain and shoulder injury. That will also increase flexibility, core function, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, strength, and neuromuscular efficiency.
Anyone who wants to improve performance and be competitive in their sport. Performance Training helps you increase your stability, speed & agility, quickness and strength with will make you a better athlete.
When designing an integrated sports performance program I will perform a comprehensive sports performance assessment. After this is done we start by designing programs from slow to fast, known to unknown, stable to controlled-dynamic functional movement, low force to high force and correct execution to increased intensity.
